Cinnamon Hill Golf Course

Eighteen holes that open along the shoreline and climb into the hills — the 17th tees off 350 feet above the Caribbean.

Von Hagge and Baril's 2001 redesign runs from the shoreline into the hills: seaside holes with spray on the wind, then a back nine that climbs through jungle past Cinnamon Hill Great House — Johnny Cash's former home — before the 17th tee hangs 350 feet over the water. Caddies are optional here, and the operator will tell you theirs are the best in the world; book tee times through the Rose Hall golf desk.
